Harvest Appeal 2022
This year's Harvest Appeal runs from 1st September until the 10h October.This Autumn and Winter, we anticipate that our services at Start Up Stirling are going to be needed more than ever. With the prediction of a recession, and a further rise in food and fuel costs, it is going to make it even more difficult for people to make ends meet. Please help us build up our food supplies this Autumn, so that we are able to help everyone who has been referred to us for food support, when they need it most over the Winter months.

This Harvest Festival, you can help us to keep reaching those who need support by doing one of the following three things:
1. You can donate food items for our Food Packs using our Donation Stations at locations across Stirling - https://startupstirling.org.uk/how-to-help/where-to-donate. Or, if you are planning a large collection and want to drop it off at our warehouse please call us on 01786 561 027 and we can arrange for someone to greet you. Currently, we would only be able to make a limited number of collections where it isn’t possible for larger donations to be delivered to our warehouse. This is due to the number of crisis food deliveries that we currently need to make. Please contact us in advance in order to arrange a date and time to collect if required. These goods will then be distributed to individuals and families referred to us at our Food Banks or rural Home Delivery service.
2. You can donate items from our Harvest Shopping List. These are items that we especially need at this time and into the colder months for our Crisis Food service. We have some printed lists if you would like some. Please contact the office on (01786) 561027.
3. You can donate funds via our website which will go towards the purchase of goods and the running of our core services - please visit startupstirling.org.uk/donate
