Community at Christmas
Here are some fundraising ideas for you to think about doing with your friends, family and work colleagues this Christmas, but we are sure that you have lots of good ideas too! Remember to tag Start Up Stirling on Facebook and Twitter in your photos.

Please look after yourself and stay safe when you are fundraising.
- Physical challenge
Feeling fit? Or would like to be? Why not decide to have a sponsored walk, run or swim, on your own or with family and get sponsored? You could even involve your pets and have a sponsored dog walk.
- Virtual quiz
Is it time to test your general knowledge and test your brain cells? You could host an online quiz for friends & family and ask for donations to participate. To add to the fun, you could have a themed evening by dressing up like Santa or an elf for a Christmas quiz, or a comic character for a Super Hero quiz.
- Virtual carol singing
We can’t go out and sing this year, but you could organise an online concert with friends and sing carols or call your friends and family serenading them and asking for donations
- Donate the value of your presents to Start Up Stirling
How many pairs of socks or selection boxes do you need? This year, instead of getting presents, ask family and friends to donate the value of your gift to Start Up.
- Best Dressed Christmas Tree
Having a lovely tree and decorations helps to get us all in the festive mood. Why not have a competition with your friends & family asking for donations to enter and someone is chosen to judge the best dressed tree (and awards a prize).
- Letters from Santa
Help Santa out this year by offering to write letters to children of your friends and family on his behalf! In return for a donation to Start Up, ask them to email you their name, address and a few things only Santa would know (something good they have done this year, something they want for Christmas etc) and hand write them a lovely letter from Santa and post it to them before the big day.
